I have been in the customer service industry for more than 9 years. My previous work required me to set up an appointment for technicians to visit our customers for home appliances repair, we also do some up selling for our service warranty. I was also given the chance to work in the automobile industry wherein we assist our customers for emergency locking and unlocking their car doors. I was cross trained in the billing department , this is where I assist customers with their billing concern. Currently I work in one of the biggest banks in the US , my first role was to help customers if they have disputes with their transactions. Last year, I moved to a different department , I was trained to handle escalation cases. I considered myself lucky to be able to move around and and grow my career in the company. prior to these experiences I was an online English teacher for Korean and Moroccan students , I helped them improve their reading, writing and speaking the English language.
