Performed as an Outbound Sales Associate then later on as a Quality Assurance Specialist for various Personal Banking Campaigns - credit card acquisition and installment plans, online banking usage campaigns; cross-selling and client appointment setting for savings accounts, bancassurance, home, car and personal loans, investment accounts.

Worked under the Loans and Mortgage Booking Team for a Canada-based bank for 3 years. Handled various processing and auditing tasks like reviewing of security documents, customer agreements; funding instructions for refinancing, new purchases including interest and payment option adjustments; account creation and maintenance for mortgage, loans and line of credit; payouts, discharge, porting, as well as mortgage assumption. Training for new member both locally and for offshore counter-parts is also part of the function together with cross-procedural exposures like in fulfillment, documents and packages, payout/discharge.

I managed a Facebook Page of a local Coffee Retail Business in a north central province of Philippines.

I created a YouTube Channel that covered the radical changes implemented by a newly-elected mayor of the city of Manila back in 2019. My subscribers grew from zero to more than 22,000 in a span of 3 months and the views of all my videos reached over 2 million views.
