Profile Description

I am a new freelancer that usually gets commendations from clients due to my hard work, commitment, and passion for delivering quality and timely service to our customers in my previous job as a data analyst. I am also continuously learning new skills to become a virtual assistant to do such admin tasks, lead generation, etc.
From that experience, I learned basic skills in terms of data entry, mainly using google spreadsheets, tracking, case monitoring, sending emails, communicating with client partners from different parts of Europe, the Middle East, or Africa. On the other hand, I have also developed my time and stress management. I have also become organized when it comes to which one is to prioritize. My problem-solving and critical thinking skills also advanced as I am always eager to learn new things by myself with the minimal help of my colleagues. Through this, I was able to find workarounds and suggestions to solve such issues that we might encounter while doing the task to finish it promptly. Working on the pre-sales also includes customer care as I am always customer-centered and follow their requests and respect the time they have given me to complete such tasks. I have also become keen on details to ensure accuracy on our input data before sending this out to customers.
