My BPO experience involved customer care for chat, email, and phone support, starting as a Customer Service Specialist with UberEATS, where I handled order processing, product descriptions, and helpdesk tools.

During the pandemic, I transitioned to working from home as a Real Estate VA, conducting cold calls to gauge homeowners' interest in selling properties. I also have experience as a Marketing VA, managing tasks such as pulling lists in Direct Skip, downloading data in BatchLeads, and creating campaigns for text blasts.

I am skilled in using platforms such as BatchLeads, Smarter Contact, CallRail, Podio, Slack, Calltools, Zendesk, and have basic knowledge of Rei Reply. I am dependable, hardworking, and excel at time management, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
