During my 10 years in BPO, I led a team for three years, coaching, managing administrative tasks, and keeping my team motivated.
I also have sales experience, working as a telemarketer for car warranties, internet services, and product sampling. I've managed appointment-setting campaigns too. I also worked as a virtual assistant for an e-commerce business using Shopify and Gorgias.
I'm passionate about my work, pride myself on integrity, and can work independently. My roles as a Customer Service Expert and Team Leader improved my communication and interpersonal skills, enabling me to handle diverse personalities effectively.
