I worked for a US-based client as technical support for a cable company. My role was to fix the internet, cable, and phone using the company's provided troubleshooting procedure.

• Reservations Expert
I worked for one of the largest online booking platforms, and my role was to attend to guests' accommodation needs and follow up on their hotel bookings through email, inbound and outbound calls for both guests and the property.

• Sales Techniques
I learned effective upselling, focusing on customer needs and offering the best value for money.

• Order Processing Specialist
I worked for one of the largest pizza chains in the US. I was tasked with taking orders for all stores registered at the order center.

• Administrative Task 
I worked as a Quality Analyst and Mentor at a call center company. My role was very crucial in making sure all parameters were met based on the clients' needs. I managed a team to achieve goals and contributed to the company's success.
