I am an IT professional with more than 13 years of experience in the IT/Technical Support field.
My role is to provide support via onsite, remote, call, and chat. The support includes but not limited to hardware troubleshooting(desktop, laptop, printer, CCTV, network switches, and routers), software installation and troubleshooting(OS including but not limited to Windows 10, 8.1, 7, Server 2012, 2018, Microsoft Office O365, SAP B1, OpenVPN), and network maintenance and troubleshooting(PFsense firewall, NAS, VPN, LAN).
I am also responsible for writing technical manuals for new applications and training manuals, provide SLA reports and inventory.
