Hello! My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I am an experienced customer care associate based in the Philippines with customer service, technical support, after-sales support, and back-office administration experience. First, as a customer service/sales associate for a Canada-based pharmacy, I analyzed prescriptions and placed dispense orders for medication shipments to North America and East Asia. Part of my responsibility was promptly attending to incoming calls and phoning existing and prospective clients to provide pertinent information regarding product inquiries, order status, and customer subscriptions. My technical support experience, on the other hand, involved working for a major US telecommunications company troubleshooting connectivity issues of Apple, Windows, and other supported peripheral devices. Holding these positions honed my skills at listening and effectively relaying information and instruction since most of our clients were health-impaired and less technology-adept individuals.

Prior to the first two mentioned, I was a casino cage cashier for one of the first resort-hotel-casinos here in the Philippines exposing me further to different people from all walks of life and augmenting my ability to perform effectively under pressure. I held these jobs after working as a kitchen steward for Jollibee (a major Philippine fast-food chain) when I was a teenager. My last employment was with SiTEL (a BPO company) where I represented a major US retail company present in nearly all fifty US states, Dubai, and online.

My work experiences demanded constant coordination with different departments - from sales and billing to shipping, to field teams - mobilizing company resources to fulfill any task at hand. Each taught me that communication, knowledge of the product one sells, and understanding of the service one provides are all imperative to achieving client satisfaction and retention thereby positively impacting the company I represent.

I am an Applied Mathematics undergraduate from the University of the Philippines. I pride myself on my logical and creative problem-solving and acute attention to detail. I learn fast, I multitask, and I am highly motivated.
