I've worked for Metro by T-Mobile as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years where I answered their inquiries, process their payment and troubleshoot their phones. I also worked at Doordash for 2 years where I created food menus for the Merchants or Store Owners and in just 5 months I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert. I love reading books and watching educational documentaries in English because I want to gain knowledge in reading and in speaking English because that would help me a lot. I am flexible.
