I've been a Customer Service Associate or Consultant for like 6 years now. Been to one of the most competitive BPO companies as well. And now, I am learning new skills to develop and gain more knowledge. The new skills that I am learning right now is Freelancing.
The tasks to do in Customer Service include the following:
• Dealing with customers over the phone and via email.• Managing large amount of incoming calls.• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.• Resolving product or service problems.• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer     at all times.

I've been dealing with different types of customers and working with them with passion and integrity. I would like to use my experience as a Consultant to help people with their tasks. At the same time, would also like to use the new skills that I'm learning right now in my Freelancing. These are:  • Virtual Assistance• Social Media Management and Marketing• Email Management• Content Marketing• SEO and some others.
In my freelancing journey, I can also do the tasks like Administrative work, Personal tasks, Content CUpgrade to see actual infotion, Social Media Management, Research and Email Management. As I am learning through the process, I'm also gaining more knowledge and skills that I can use.
