Hello! My expertise lies in virtual accounting, financial management and legal research support.  

Here's an overview of the tasks I've handled throughout my career:

Receivables Management:
Prepare and issue individual invoices to customers. Handle billing and invoicing for clients. Perform monthly credit card reconciliation.Prepare and record monthly journal entries. Reconcile monthly income and expenses.Work on ad-hoc monthly invoices.Manage inbound and outbound calls for invoice inquiries. Provide weekly reports on aged receivables.

Accounts Payable:
Classify expenses and ensure timely payment before vendor billing. Generate bills and expenses on Xero accounting system (product-based).

Payroll:
Process fortnightly and/or monthly payroll. 
Calculate overtime and holiday pay.
Computation and remittance of BAS, PAYG, and Superannuation for Australia.

General Accounting:
Generate profit and loss reports.Assist the GL team with financial statement reports.Handle bookkeeping tasks.Work on ad-hoc financial statements.Prepare year-end and monthly financial reporting.

Taxation Expertise:
Australian Taxation, Philippine Taxation and US Taxation.

US Taxation - Specialized in ERC (Employee Retention Credits) and R&D (Research and Development) Tax Credits.
