I am an experienced customer care, technical support, and sales
specialist. I have managerial and supervisory skills. I am currently working as a Senior Accountant for a UCAAS Business Solutions
company and I possess the necessary skills of a financial
specialist; from being keen to details up to maintaining a high
level or professionalism in all aspects of a business. With my
extensive experience in the BPO industry, from customer care,
technical support, fraud compliance, administration and lead, to
financial reporting and review, I am confident that I will prosper in
the VA world or in any challenges that I might encounter in the
industry.
