I have been in the industry for 3 years, and I am an enthusiastic developer that earned her mid-level Software Engineer seniority with just 1 year and 6 months experience in the industry. With those 3 years, I have been the team leader of the development team making me in the same level of the project manager itself when it comes to decision-making.
