I would rate myself a 10 when it comes to multi-tasking. I have been working in the BPO industry for a telco, healthcare, and insurance firm which requires us to go the extra mile in each customer we interact. The ability to address the customers' needs, empathize with them, and navigate my tools in the computer is not taught in schools. It is an acquired skill that comes along with experience with the end goal of giving your customers the service they deserve. I worked for a customer service position for a telco company where I juggle billing, tech support, and client relations all in one call.
