For the past four years, I've served as a Subject Matter Expert in the web hosting industry, accumulating valuable experience and knowledge across different hosting platforms.Driven by a mission to provide exceptional customer service and technical support, my goal is to empower clients to achieve their online objectives. Despite my nursing background, I have cultivated a strong foundation in information technology, boasting skills in Microsoft Word, PHP, email hosting, and FTP.
