Profile Description

I provide support to Amazon business owners to attain their market goals. I have experience in doing product research and doing other Amazon tasks. With training and experience in real Amazon work, I would say I have a well-rounded Amazon skillset. However, my top skills lie in keyword mining, listing optimization (graphic designing and content creation for Amazon image listings, A+ content, and Store), and customer service and account management.

l have undergone my Amazon VA Masterclass expanding my skills in said field. This is a complete hands-on Amazon VA training from product research, supplier sourcing, keyword research, listing creation, and amazon sponsored ads (PPC) to inventory and account management given by certified Amazon Sellers and experienced Amazon Specialists. Plus, I have two-year experience as an administrative assistant in a higher educational institution. My work ranges from doing social media management, customer service support, and day-to-day administrative tasks. All these experiences and backgrounds have equipped me with the administrative and Amazon skillset and knowledge for any virtual or e-commerce (Amazon) work.
