* 4 yrs and 9 mos as CSR in an online store (
* 6 mos financial sales agent for credit card application (JP Morgan Chase)
* 5 mos outbound sales agent for an electric provider (Accent Energy)
I am a very capable individual who needs minimum supervision. I am an experienced multi-tasker. As a former agent, I have experienced almost everything on how to deal with customers/buyers may it be through calls,
I know what to expect from employers and I give everything to deliver. If employer's expectations are not met, then I would gladly take feedback and improve myself (or die trying, lol).
Seriously, working at home is the best job ever and past experiences taught me that taking the initiative, standing on my own and getting results are what's important.
I teach myself and improve my processes to keep on pace. I am not prone to complaining and likes to be challenged. If there is something I am not comfortable in doing, I communicate it and doesn't just leave a job unfinished.
