I have worked in the Call Center Industry for almost 10 years. I have handled several accounts which makes myself very versatile when it comes to skills. Most of my work experience is with customer service in which I have been promoted not only as a Subject Matter Expert, but also as a Quality Analyst and a Team Leader. Along with these positions came several training sessions which includes Coaching and Feedback, Organizational Behavior, Microsoft Office training and a lot more. I also have experience with the Medical field, primarily in the pharmacy sector. I used to assist people with their prescription refills and insurance questions. I also worked in the Hospitality industry. I was once a Reservation Associate, but my latest work experience with the said industry was as a Sales Manager for a chain of hotels. I was part of the top team for the company and I can confidently say that I did very well, as I had one of, if not the most successful sales record for the duration of my stay with that company. I am a fast learner and I spend most of my free time watching and learning about other skills online. I always strive to be the best as I am a really competitive person, in a good way of course. I am also a very happy person and I was told by all my previous bosses that I bring a very light and positive atmosphere. I am looking forward to working with you.
