I am a CAD Operator and 3D Visualizer with expertise in providing high-quality services for 2D and 3D presentations. My skill set includes architectural and technical drafting, 3D modeling, rendering, and animations. I possess relevant experience in the construction industry, particularly in buildings with basic knowledge in roads and bridge construction.
I had the opportunity to work in a prominent Category AA Engineering Construction Company that primarily focuses on government projects. Specifically, I was involved with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Davao City for two years.
While I was assigned in DPWH Office, my responsibilities encompassed plan and quantity revisions, collaborating with Project Engineers, and addressing the requirements of private sector entities involved in specific projects assigned to me.
Furthermore, I have successfully created comprehensive sets of working drawings for residential and commercial buildings for 4 years. These encompass Architectural working drawings for building permits. Additionally, I have also developed as-built plans for various building and road projects. I am highly dedicated and motivated to work both on-site and in an office environment.
