I worked as a customer service representative for almost 5 years now. My first job was a Reservation Specialist for US Hilton Hotels for a year responsible answering 50+ guest calls and providing excellent customer service in making reservation, making upsells and special packages room recommendations. I've been a customer service representative for Amazon Payment Method Support for 2 years experience dealing customers issue. With my most recent job, I was a Online Sales Specialist for an E-commerce company, my task includes communicating with customers to understand their requirements and need; Offer solutions based on client needs and capabilities .I am hardworking person, trustworthy and flexible. I am quickly to learn and willing to adapt to new situations, with good communication and coordination. I work independently and turn in quality work consistently. Above all, able to seek more challenging role for career advancement.
