Upgrade to see actual info has 10 years of professional experience, with her first year as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO industry, catered different clients in the US, and gained recognition as top performer from training to production. With her willingness to grow and progress, she applied as a Local Resource Planner under the Workforce Management department in the same company. She got the role and spent 4 years, learning and mastering MS Excel, and developed her keen attention to detail. She also used different scheduling tools to cater different clients around the globe, managing thousands of resources real time.
As her learning progresses, she dUpgrade to see actual info to look for a different company that will challenge her more. She spent her next 1 year as a WFM Traffic/IntrUpgrade to see actual infoy doing real time management on different parts of the US as well, created reports to show the client their weekly status and metrics. The next 2 years with the same company, she applied as a scheduler and handled specific line of business to create and optimize schedule in a more detailed way. She also developed her presentation skills as she's doing a weekly and monthly presentation of data to clients from the weekly and monthly report that she created. She gained for straight 2 years a Trailblazer Award, been a representative for the yearly COPC audit, and gained certification.
With her continuous growth, she spent her next 2 years working as a Resource Planning Analyst in a consulting/engineering firm. The role is different from the previous companies that she've had. Most of her job responsibilities are doing ad hoc tasks and admin support. Her main role is to create and deliver accurate reports to the stakeholders in the UK, and help them do the resourcing of people matching the supply and demand. She also developed a very good client relationship as she's working solely with UK stakeholders and UK team. She received great feedbacks and got nominated with People First award for the year.
