Profile Description

It's my goal to meet the requirements and demands of my clients; in a timely manner, accuracy and with the highest quality of services that I could provide. I always pay extra attention to details and keep all instructions complied with. Time management, job-awareness and by double-checking of work to ensure efficiency of tasks being performed.

I have a bachelor's degree in accountancy with more than (4) years of experience as an Accounting Analyst or Bookkeeper. I am a Certified QuickBooks Advisor, Certified Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll. I have attended multiple trainings about bookkeeping, integrity, Datasafe, Microsoft Excel- Advance; and was an intern at Commission on Audit- Bataan, Philippines and at MAB online Accounting/Bookkeeping training course for additional knowledge on the field.

I am hard working and I always aim to provide client's target goals; And at the same time to expand my professional horizons through client engagements, trainings and other relevant seminars I can attend to.

As an Accountant, Bookkeeper, Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Xero Certified Advisor, I help businesses to keep their company’s growth and finances healthy by providing services that includes but not limited to:

• Recording of all transactions (bills, invoices, withdrawals and deposits) in QuickBooks Online/Xero
• Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
• Manual uploading and categorization of transactions in QBO.
• Data Migration
• Setup of accounts in QuickBooks Online/Xero
• Clean up or catch up of accounts up to date. 
• Tune up or troubleshooting of accounts – fixing ending balances of all accounts.
• Audit of transactions and balances
• Preparation of cash flow projections or budgets
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Monthly preparation of financial statements or Management Reports.
