Profile Description

I was a Call Center agent in a BPO Company before I worked as a freelancer.
I was also a Telemarketer, Lead Mining, a former Product Specialist of religious jewelry, Lead Generation Specialist, Chat Support, and Affiliate Marketing Agent. I handled SEO accounts as well such as Mappop, Mapidea, and Shooger.
When I started working as a Freelancer, I worked as a Credit Repair Specialist, my role was to process dispute letters based on the customer's credit plan.
I had a working experience in Data Entry and knowledge of using MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets where we gather information from the web using the said tool above which includes importing PDF files into MS Docs.
My area of expertise are Data Entry, Online Research, Data Encoding, Web Research, Data Scraping, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Email and Chat Support.
