Profile Description

A graduate of BS Electronics Engineering. Currently working as a Product Manager / Product Owner/ SME for a B2B company. Previous roles as Engineering Supervisor/ Research and Development / Product Engineer / Technical Support Engineer for an american company. Also worked as CADMan and Process Engineer for japanese companies.

As a Product Manager, we are expected to be the Subject Matter Expert for all products. Help in the design and development of new products. Work with chUpgrade to see actual infol managers for competition and product/market feedback. And Give necessary product information to factory and product documentations to the product coordinator to be used by other team.

As a Technical Support Engineer, we connect with clients to find out the nature of their issues, connect remotely, research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, re-calibrate devices, conduct training, complete field reports.

As an R&D / Product Engineer, we create new product design, product development, research, analysis and evaluation of products and materials, product presentations, sales and client trainings, product installations, and documentations.

As a CadMan, we are incharge of house design and documentation. 

As Process Engineer, we do the takt time, product process creation, process review, and documentation.
