Profile Description

I've been with the BPO industry for almost 10 years now and is currently working as an Account Manager, Over the years I've gained a lot of customer service-based experiences that I am now sharing with the associates I handle and my peers. I value clients trust and believe it's a strong foundation for a comfortable working environment. A contented client stays and that means that's good for business. My leadership experience allows me to work well under pressure and is keen on deadlines. I'm a team player and would always prioritize the interest of the companies/clients I work with. My years of experience had honed my conversation skills so I can easily share my ideas, my current role requires me to coach and convey information in a compelling and inspiring manner. My experience had significantly improved my writing skills since I am used to create reports and formal conversations via corporate emails. I am also comfortable with performance presentations.
