I have more than 5 years of Travel Associate role in a BPO company. I’ve handled customer support for flights, rental cars, and hotel reservations for an online booking company. I’ve worked with the company’s Escalations Team for 2 years doing research works for escalated cases.

I worked as an Email Support Specialist for a financial technology company. I handled technical support for app-related concerns and other money-related transactions using Zendesk. Expert with billing inquiries and credit transactions.

Also, I have worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst evaluating end-to-end transactions. Provide feedbacks to agents on how they can improve their skills and retain their strengths. In-charge of analyzing data and reporting. Knowledgeable in using Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, and other MS Office Applications. Specialized in Customer Journey Mapping and Root Cause Analysis. In-charge of weekly reporting and calibration with the client.

I have worked online as a Guest Experience Specialist for a property management company (Airbnb). I'm in-charge of tenant communications (email and phone handling). Preparing arrival information for the guests and coordinating with cleaners and handymen regarding fixing broken items in the property.
