I am looking for a virtual assistant job where I can grow personally and an offer that continuously provides opportunities for career development. Every project is a new learning experience for me and gives every job importance to completing the task promptly. I'm very flexible and can work long hours and render overtime if needed. 

I have experience in creating Amazon stores for clients, managing Amazon stores and other VAs, training for VAs, monitoring VAs' work, dropshipping Amazon US & CA, fulfilling orders (Amazon), order confirmation, tracking shipments, monitoring seller account health, monitoring returns/sales, adding/uploading products, messaging customers, refund customers, managing inventories, managing monthly sales, automating listings pricing, handle AZ claims, coordinating with the suppliers through email, monitoring supplier stocks, and using google sheets/google docs.

 In addition, I have experience in managing Airbnb/VRBO listings. The tasks are creating listings on Airbnb and VRBO, connecting the Airbnb/VRBO calendar to Google calendar to monitor the check-in and check-out of the guests and cleaning schedules as well, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with cleaners after every guest check-out through WhatsApp. Filing cleaner receipts for the Inventories they have bought for the units, filing cleaner invoices for the cleaning payment, filing cleaner updates if there are damages or missing items in the units to request extra charges from guests in Airbnb/VRBO immediately, and messaging guests immediately when they forgot something in the unit. Respond to guest inquiries and messages immediately to maintain the response rate of every listing. Putting all expenses in a Google spreadsheet for the record. Monitoring cleaning schedules and reminding the cleaners about it a day after the schedule. monitoring guest check-in. We use hospitable to automate messaging. Altering guest reservations, refunding guests, writing feedback to guests, and asking for feedback from them, coordinating with the repair man through WhatsApp, scheduling repairs, and filing repairman receipts and invoices for payment.

My goal is to provide quality service to my clients by completing the project ahead of time & exceeding their expectations.
