Objective: To help clients grow their online businesses, generate profitable revenue, and make their workload lighter as a Customer Service Representative, Admin Assistant, and Data Entry Specialist.
Responsibilities
*Provide customer service by answering questions about products or services, resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems, and handling complaints.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support by executing a wide range of tasks including but not limited to answering and making phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, taking accurate minutes of meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, answering and managing
*Proactively take on tasks with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
*Prioritize client needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
