Profile Description

During my teleUpgrade to see actual infoeting experience, I utilized programs such as CRM’s soft phones. I also used Google spreadsheet to record and track the calls I made for the day and outlook to send emails to our clients and colleagues. Throughout my work experience I acquired these skills that are really essential for the job that I am applying for. I learned how to cope up with hard situations through these acquired skills namely call handling, email management, appointment setting, cold calling, order taking and stockpiling. And professionally, I learned to be more competitive, being a team player and do multitasking.
