Managing to fulfill the orders. Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision. Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. Calling all marketplace sellers offering a new package to sell on Amazon. Offering and introducing new products and items to prospective sellers. Managing 15 agents and monitoring phone calls. Doing outbound calls to sellers to ensure on-time fulfillment of orders. Coordinate with Courier teams (QExpress & Wing) to ensure shipments are picked up on time and plug any gaps in the collection. Follow up on return rejected or seller unavailable cases to ensure customer & seller experience is kept good. Order verification as part of High-Risk Transaction (HRT) orders. Adhoc seller communication for changes made/surveys esp. during times of events to get seller working hours to optimize weekend operations. Perform troubleshooting on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancements to all management processes. Ensure compliance with all company and business policies and administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow. Manage all communication with all sales department orders and process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all processes. [-
