Real Estate Virtual Assistant 
- Greet clients, answer the telephone, and make follow-up calls.

- Assist my clients with documents and contracts, to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time. 
- Conduct regular teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and that progress is being made toward project goals. 
- Work closely with the marketing team to
execute individual client's requests, such as Facebook posts, email blasts, direct mailing, and other marketing materials. 
- Assist with closing processes. Manage my client's calendar Perform other duties as assigned.

- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members 
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.                  -  Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
