Profile Description

I have been a VA for 10 years now, working with various employers from product research for Amazon sellers - 4 years US Amazon market and 5 years UK market, email support, appointment setter via FB & IG chat and email correspondence, live chat support for 4 years for a business consultancy firm in NY.

I am also familiar with Shopify - inventory management, customer service, order fulfillment, product management (upload photos, add descriptions, ensure correct prices, tags, collections of the products, etc.

I have acquired different skills along the way.-

Helium10 - wholesale either US or UK market research for suppliers, product research
Grabley - check products in the Amazon page filtering out FBA sellers and compare prices with Ebay and other suppliers
OAXray - product research tool by going through pages of an online store and check the prices against the set criteria
TWF - wholesale research and product research checklist
