I've been in the Industry for almost 9 years now, I started off my career in BPO as an agent and promoted as Team Leader and Sales Manager. I've been profiled in different campaigns in that specific timeline. I've dialed Surveys, Gmaps , Pension, Life Insurance Campaign and dialed Social Security Disability Benefits as an Intake Specialist. I've managed also different campaigns such as Back Brace, Medical Supplement campaign , Auto Insurance and Solar campaign. And By the help of my team and
hard work I was promoted as a Sales manager who focuses managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, setting individual targets with the sales team, and developing individuals through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. And When the pandemic strikes, that's when I dUpgrade to see actual info to quit and look for a job that can work remotely, and by that I was able to worked with different companies, I've dialed Student loan, Debt Campaign and Medicare Insurance Campaign, I was also an outbound and inbound agent for Medigap campaign.
