- Provide working/deliverable emails with zero bounce rate (paid or free email scraping tools) *wink*

* eCommerce, B2B, B2C, SaaS, IT industry
 * Commercial Real Estate - Private Equity, Real Estate Investment Firm, Asset Manager, Owner/Operator/Developer, General Contractor, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Property Management, Commercial Brokers - Leasing/Investment Sales
* Source and compile a database of qualified companies within the identified target categories through in-depth research and data collection 
* Using manual research, build lists of 2700 prospects every week
* Organize and categorize the acquired data, maintaining accuracy (Company Name,  Website, HQ Address, Industry, First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Email Address, City, State, Country, Classification)
* Identify, verify, and tag key contacts within the target companies, including decision-makers, job industries, asset classes
* Clean and tag company and contact data to maximize the quality of data
