Profile Description

I am a dedicated and passionate graduate of Bukidnon State University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in pedagogical theories, curriculum development, and effective teaching strategies. I further honed my skills through hands-on experience in my BUKSU (Bukidnon State University) and BCT  on-the-job training, where I actively engaged in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment. This experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that fosters students' growth and development.

Beyond my background in education, I have also built a solid foundation in business and finance. I pursued Business Management and Accountancy for two years in senior high school, where I gained valuable knowledge in financial management, business operations, and customer relations. My on-the-job training at Bounty and Asian Hills Bank, now known as Green Valley Bank, further enhanced my organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. During this time, I developed expertise in administrative tasks, financial transactions, and client engagement, strengthening my ability to multitask and work efficiently in a professional setting.

I also had the opportunity to gain valuable experience through a part-time job in data entry. My responsibilities included accurately inputting, organizing, and managing data, ensuring that all records were updated and error-free. Through this experience, I developed strong attention to detail, efficiency in handling large volumes of data, and proficiency in using different digital tools and platforms. I also learned the importance of time management, accuracy, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced online work environment. This  job has further strengthened my technical and organizational skills, making me adaptable to various professional settings.
