Experienced customer service professional with good English communication skills - written and spoken. Her strong phone handling skills were gained and harnessed from her 3-year job as a Travel Specialist, 1-year job as a Customer Service Rep for a debit card company, and almost a 5-year job as a Virtual Assistant/Technical Support.

She's very customer service-oriented, optimistic, and proactive. She also loves to work in a team.
She also has the passion to share whatever knowledge she gained from her work experiences and/or research thru training. Apart from handling a classroom and virtual training, she also designs and outlines training materials where she expresses her creativity (especially in activities).

She has the drive to learn new skills and explore new things. She had accepted some writing jobs recently - blogs and ebooks as part of the getting-to-know-herself-more process. She is also well-versed when it comes to making simple graphic designs.

She values the person's character, integrity, and willingness to learn over exemplary skills.

She is currently learning Graphic Design and Sales/Marketing. Also, she had gigs as a content writer, project management (real estate), and design and content creation for some printable materials for a restaurant.
