I am
and I am a Guest Experience agent with more than 3 years of experience in
short-term rental industry. I am located here in the Philippines and can work
any day of the week and definitely, willing to work long hours.
I can work well
with others and have a positive attitude. I enjoy working with people and I am
an excellent listener.
I previously worked
in a Short-Term Rental company for more than 3 years. We communicate to the
guests through SMS,
in different platforms such Airbnb, Vrbo/HomeAway,
manage guest inquiries for possible booking as well as guest with reservations
already.
As for in-home
guests, we assist when issues arise during their stay and provide compensation
if concerns are not addressed in a timely manner.
We also handle post
stay concerns such as request for refunds, reviews, items left in the home that
needs to be shipped back, etc. For future reservations, we make sure that their
reservations are secured---that they are all good to go.
In short, we try
our best to provide the most impeccable service possible and make sure that guests
are definitely happy during their stay.
Also, I am very
familiar with Airbnb, Vrbo, Vacasa and other short term rental platform's
policies and process. With this knowledge, I can be a big help making your
company grow as I can give suggestions on what area to change or improve. I can
bring up ideas that you may not have considered before, only if open for it.
Experience in responding to guest
reviews. Coordinated with the property managers that the issues included in the
review have been addressed and to avoid the same issues moving forward.
I can say that with
this experience,
I would be a good
fit for your company. I am looking forward to working with you.
