Profile Description

I am a technical person with extensive customer service skills who always thinks logically. I'm a keen researcher by nature as I'm always hungry for knowledge and how to get better. Even if not required to, I do my own research and analysis. I am very quick to adapt specially if it's something I believe to be really effective. But I don't stop there, I like to evolve things that I have learned so that I may come up with something better. When I was working as a tech support or customer service representative, I would always find ways to refine our call Upgrade to see actual infoom the way I ask questions, provide instructions or pacify customers, I always think of the most efficient way to provide the quickest solutions without sacrificing quality or going against the companies standards. When I was working for companies that handled certain products, brands or services, I would do competitor and product analysis just to have an idea and what we were up against and how we could improve our own products and services. At some point, I was almost always in direct contact with the upper management because of my extensive product knowledge and creative ideas.
