Bookkeeping Skills:
• I have practical experience in using XERO's manual journal and reconciliation and STRIPE.
• Process supplier bills (including their payments and assigning billable expenses) and customer invoices of the company
• Reconciling company bank, credit card, and line of credit
accounts daily, investigating and resolving discrepancies to
keep accounts audit-ready.
• Able to use the double-entry principle (Post transactions with Debit and Credit) to assign each financial transaction to an appropriate account using Manual Journal
• Preparation of Financial Reports (FS) such as Balance Sheet, Comprehensive Income, Statement of Changes in Equity, Statement of Cash Flow.
• Lodgment of BAS and IAS
• Knowledge of recognizing transactions with GST
• Process payroll of the company
• Process superannuation payment in Xero
• Audit discrepancies & anomalies present in accounts.

• Have been working in accounting and bookkeeping for about 3 years.
• National Certificate (NC) III Passer (Technological Education & Skills Development Authority - Philippines) in Bookkeeping (2020)
• Currently studying Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in Financial Management
• A Senior High School Graduate in Accountancy, Business, and Management
• Knowledgeable in Basic Accounting and have practical experience using XERO and STRIPE.
• Delegate in the First Quezon City Youth Parliament (2020)
• Former President and Founder of two Organizations:
- Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants — Quezon City University (Upgrade to see actual info)
