To Our Dear Business Owners, 

I know a lot of tedious and time-consuming tasks can be a great Upgrade to see actual info hampers you to focus on making decisions to grow your business.  If you are one of them,  allow me to offload a handful of tasks from your daily to-do lists and take care of them.  I am happy to chat and discover where I could be part of your team and get things done. 

SERVICES OFFERED INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. E-Commerce: Amazon Product Research (FBA Online Arbitrage)
- I create my daily and weekly product sourcing plan;
- Revisit end of week results to better strategize the following week;       
- Consider various criteria in searching and choosing products, including competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, etc.;
- Implement product sourcing mix strategy and methods to maximize results
- Analyze profit performance of products using various tools
such as Keepa, Jungle Scout Estimator, BuyBotPro, and SAS, and other tools;  
- Customer support on a case-by-case basis (limited to chat and email correspondence only)
- Other agreed-related tasks in support of business operations.

Note: Tools needed will be provided by the business owner.
 
2. E-Commerce: Shopify
- Shopify account setup: creating an account with Shopify, applying theme available in Shopify only
- Product listing, order processing, monitoring
inventory and shipment tracking
- Customer service:
   > limited to store chat support only
   > assist with email correspondence
- Exporting, monitoring, and reporting Shopify analytic reports       
- General admin tasks and other agreed-related tasks in support of business operations.

Note: I don’t do web design, logo design, custom development, photography, content writing, Drop Shipping product sourcing, PPC, Sponsored Ads, SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, Link Building, and Social Media Ads.  These need to be done by an expert to get valued results. I would love to learn if training will be provided. 

3.   Administrative tasks and Customer Service (Any business)
- Customer service:
    >  Chat support via Zendesk
    >  Email support via Zendesk, MS Outlook, Gmail
- Basic photo editing using Canva
- Data entry
- Calendar management ( Gmail, Outlook, Calendly)
- Skip tracing
- Airline booking and travel arrangement
- CRM upkeep
- Other agreed-related tasks in support of business operations.
