I was a Data Analyst for a medical account in one of the companies here in Cebu which Wipro Ltd for 2 years and 2 months. Aside from handling outbound calls and doing information verification, I also was POC for our team and also was given admin tasks to work on as aid to my supervisor. This further improved my knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. Also served as aid in product knowledge for new hires. Soon after, I left and joined another BPO company in Cebu which was Teleperfomance Philippines. I was hired as Customer Service Representative for a well- known bank in US. Our tasks as front liners for this account was to receive and then analyze if the concern is within our scope or has to be transferred and handled by another department. We were trained skilled for both operational side and technical side of this account since we also aid on troubleshooting. My journey with this second company was relatable since I am Accounting Graduate. I also am fond of writing and had participations on Scriptwriting during my high school years for school plays. I also do simple video and audio editing during my high school and college years. I am a determined worker and very eager to learn more to improve. I will see to it to best in whatever tasks given within the set deadlines. I also hope to build a good relationship with anyone that I work with to ensure that work would be harmonious in terms of goals and treatment.
