My hobbies are reading books, music, and watching Netflix. But above all, I love scrolling through social media, staying updated with the new trends, creating content to post, photo, and video editing.
I've landed my first job as a Customer Service Representative and have been in the BPO industry for 3 years and 5 months. But then the pandemic started to hit our country, and unfortunately, a lot of people lost their jobs and I was one of them. That's when I dUpgrade to see actual info to start a new career path as a freelancer.

I can also help you create product titles and descriptions with appropriate keywords, and check that all information is correct to ensure a more optimized product listing for you.
A CHAT MODERATOR. I can help you increase your customer service success rate by quickly resolving customer issues and help you maintain customer satisfaction by using strategies focused on addressing your customers' needs.
