With a year-long internship at a prestigious Hilton Hotel in New Jersey and four years of hands-on experience in CSR and Regulatory Support for Uber ANZ and Safety Investigations for Uber ANZ, I bring a unique blend of skills to the table.
During my internship at the Hilton Hotel, I gained valuable insights into the hospitality industry and honed my customer service abilities. I consistently delivered exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced environment.
In my role at Uber ANZ, I specialized in Customer Safety Reports and then promoted to Regulatory Support handling audits requested by the AU&Z governments in partnership with out Sydney counterparts. We ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. My proactive approach and attention to detail were instrumental in streamlining processes and resolving customer concerns effectively.
In my current role as a Safety Investigation Specialist, we handle urgent safety reports and either via email or call the clients to help them with urgent safety related concerns and mitigate further possible conflict if needed. We determine if a user will further have access to the platform if deemed necessary.
I also have great knowledge with Google Suite or Excel if needed and some experience with SQL.
