Profile Description

Customer service representative is my very first job after I graduated college last 2017. During that time, I was assigned to join the voice team of a US-based Gaming account where we handle billing issues, pending orders, basic troubleshooting, and password issues of our customers. Back then, I was able to receive multiple awards for being one of the top performing employee on our account. As a voice support before, I was able to enhance my communication skills in English and to improve my multitasking skill. I also applied my punctual characteristic since when I was in college, I was able to be one of the student leaders in our organization and we always conduct seminars, forum, and assembly meetings so everything should be always on-time.
Adding to this, I am currently working as a full-time content moderator for a social media platform where we review politically inclined contents. As a pre-law graduate, my current job is really aligned on what
course I graduated with since I studied the basics of law before. I also received awards few times already for being top performing teammate on our team.
