Preparing monthly general bills
Sending emails and quotations
Making invoices and letters
Assisting all departments’ tasks in our office
Answering the phone calls in a timely manner and direct calls to the specific people.
Doing monthly attendance report.
Updating paper works, maintaining documents and word processing.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
Handle confidential documents.
Handling and inventory the pantry and stationery supplies
Help visitors when they arrive at our office by welcoming them and providing assistance
Making and offering refreshing to the guest
