Seasoned writer, proofreader, editor, social media marketing expert, SEO specialist and overall web-based skills. I have 2 years prior writing experience as a Junior Columnist at my high school newspaper plus over 5 years customer service experience and I've been a freelancer for more than 13 years now with over 500 successfully completed jobs.
 
Managed entire staff for client's website development which included web design, search engine optimization, social media marketing, linkbuilding, manage staff writers and other employees. Sometimes I work alone for specific jobs like blog writing, social media managing, search engine optimization and other jobs, but a lot of the projects that I was involved with for the past 13 years had to do with writing.
 
I have had the pleasure to work with clients from all over the world including USA, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Austria, New Zealand, Switzerland, Brazil, Japan, and South Korea. I've experienced being a solo employee for small clients, or became a part of medium size staff, took supervisory roles as well as managerial roles throughout my career.

I know how to use social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, Tweet Deck, Sprout Social, Cap Cut, Canva, Post Planner, Audiense and Social Flow, which proved to be very useful in attracting followers and turn them into potential customers. I have helped boost the
businesses of my clients through a combination of creative social media marketing strategies and thorough monitoring of success through media analytics, KPIs, and dashboards.
 
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Perform competitive research, keyword research, W3C validation, internal linking restructuring, manual search engine submission for indexing, niche directory submission, write meta data, WEB 2.0 profile creation and more. A solid SEO strategy will get the client's website from zero to Google Rage Rank 2-3 in 6 months or less. In 1 year the client's website page rank could reach to PR 3 - PR 5 with continued implementation of the SEO strategy.
 
Community Manager - Managed social media group pages and business pages, as well as discussion forums for clients ensuring the quality of exchange of communications between users. Initiate games, special events, podcasts and other methods to agitate the forum/group page and get new subscribers. Use filters to block unwanted words, monitor user's penalties, give warnings and removing delinquent members from the community forum/Facebook page. Web Content - Write the legal pages for a website (i.e. Home, About Us, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, etc.)

Customer Service/Sales/Technical Support/Chat/Email Support – I’ve been awarded the customer service excellence award for providing excellent customer service and having the go above and beyond attitude to help customers in the past. Have worked in outbound sales and have proven my ability to build rapport with even cold-hearted customers and turned them into buyers/repeat customers. Having a background in
engineering allowed me to help customers from all walks of life to understand, navigate and even do basic troubleshooting on their laptops and desktops, as well as
other electronic devices. Later on in my freelance contracting career, my
experience as a writer helped became a highly eloquent email and chat
ambassador for various brands and once again provided excellent customer
service as I have done before.
