concerns.
2. 2 yrs. in Quality Assurance (Apprentice)
-DSAT/CSAT scrubbers – analyze the dsat/csat
file to help the account determine or identify the dsat/csat drivers and
trends.
Bucketers POC – give instruction to fellow apprentice, distribute task, manage the RCA file
Call review/ Auditing – review the calls of the top agents to identify good behavior that can help the account or behavior that should be avoided.
3. 8 yrs. in Workforce Management and present
Real Time Associate - Monitor
agents for activity alarms and escalate to operations when appropriate.
Scheduler - Creating an intelligent and most efficient schedule based from all the KPI set, maximizing productivity and profitability, taking in to the agent welfare and client goal.
Supervisor (Present) - is responsible for leading a team of employees who are responsible for planning, forecasting, scheduling and real time resource management of in-center and remote advisors
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, excel, word, powerpoint, etc.
