Profile Description

As an Owner's Representative, my skills include the ability to act as a liaison between the owner and contractors during the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases of a project. This includes responsibility for ensuring that contractors adhere to the provisions of their contracts and for assisting the owner in obtaining necessary building and special permits. I have experience in the bidding process, including reviewing plans and documents and have the ability to monitor and supervise the daily activities of contractors on the project. Additionally, I am skilled in inspecting the quality of work and ensuring compliance with contract provisions, as well as overseeing the testing and commissioning of mechanical, sanitary/plumbing, and fire protection systems. Overall, my goal is to effectively manage the project and ensure that it is completed to the satisfaction of the owner.
