My previous jobs have customer and sales support roles, I worked with different kinds of people, and I managed to provide their needs and to become calm and friendly all the time. I believe attitude is one of the most important things in this role.

I worked as an admin for seven years and I believe I have enough skills in terms of administration. To manage the time well, to do the assigned task, and to understand what the business needs.

My previous jobs have data entry roles which trained me to be more keen on details

I worked in a BPO for more than a year, our client/partner is US based, so we are required to speak in English on calls and emails. Though, I am using English in written since I started my first job in 2014.

I’ve been using Outlook for almost 10 years and I believe I managed most of the emails I received. Sending a response to the sender and addressing the email the right personnel.

I had a role when I was in Operations to manage the merchandise and inventory of the supplies and making sure that the revenue and the merchandise and supplies released and left are tally. But still, there’s a lot to learn in here.

I’ve been using Excel for a long time as well and I think I’m good at it. However, there are still a lot to learn in this tool. I am willing to self-learn whatever the business needs.

When I was in Operations, I was the one who plans and schedule the vehicle we use. Also, I used to organize our own travels with family and friends.
