Profile Description

I've been working in a BPO company for 9 years now. I've handled an account for one of the leading satellite TV in the US for 6 years. The basic things I'm doing is to take in calls, answer customer's queries and explain their bills. And then after 2 years I was transferred to another LOB in the same account where I was given additional job to do basic troubleshooting on customer's online account. I do assist them in logging in, resetting passwords, and even setting up their online account on a step by step Upgrade to see actual info year 2018, I was trained for another LOB within the company and was transferred to a Telco/TV/Internet Upgrade to see actual info this LOB, I experienced not only answering questions explaining things, doing basic t/s, I was also trained for sales. This is where we started offering services to customers after resolving their issues. This was also the time where I level up to become a CXA (Customer eXperience Advocate), where our main job is to take in supervisor calls and turn around the customer's experience with an agent to a promoter call. I also do real time floor assist to those agents I'm handling, I also do side-by-side teachings with agents during this time and share to them my best practices in the customer service world.When it comes with tools usage, I am familiar using CRM, OMS, and Microsoft Office utilization.
