I've been working in a BPO company for 9 years now. I've handled an account for one of the leading satellite TV in the US for 6 years. The basic things I'm doing is to take in calls, answer customer's queries and explain their bills. And then after 2 years I was transferred to another LOB in the same account where I was given additional job to do basic troubleshooting on customer's online account. I do assist them in logging in, resetting passwords, and even setting up their online account on a step by step
